Sensex sheds over 100 pts; Yes Bk, Tata Steel most active

At 11:47 hours IST - the 50-share NSE Nifty slipped further a bit on fall in Japan's Nikkei, which was down 1.3%. Even the Sensex shed more than 100 points while Nikkei lost around 35 points. Among other Asian markets, Jakarta, Straits Times, Kospi and Taiwan declined 0.2-0.4%. However, Shanghai gained just 0.45%.
